該系統為將(jiang)原料破(po)碎后再進行水洗:
1、根(gen)據原來的(de)易磨性(xing),軟(ruan)質(zhi)料(liao)直接破碎后(hou)入倉(cang)待用,硬質(zhi)料(liao)破碎后(hou)再進入水(shui)洗工藝2、原料(liao)破碎一般(ban)采用鄂破、圓錐破、對輥破碎。
3、硬質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)水洗工藝(yi):破碎后(hou)原(yuan)料(liao)(liao)進入連續式球磨機研磨后(hou),經永磁(ci)除鐵及立環除鐵,再(zai)經脫(tuo)水篩篩分成成品(pin)及漿(jiang)料(liao)(liao),漿(jiang)料(liao)(liao)再(zai)經榨(zha)泥機壓榨(zha)成泥,脫(tuo)水后(hou)的成品(pin)及壓榨(zha)泥均可作陶瓷(ci)原(yuan)料(liao)(liao)。

The slurry is then pressed into mud by a mud press, and the dehydrated fnished product anopressed mud can be used as ceramic raw materials.
