我公司可(ke)根據客(ke)戶的走(zou)磚規格，設計形式(shi)多樣的窯爐傳動(dong)件，本公司傳動(dong)目前主要采用(yong)斜齒輪傳動(dong)，輥(gun)距可(ke)在 22/27.5/29.5~140mm之(zhi)間任意選擇;動(dong)力輸入介(jie)質主要有鏈(lian)條傳動(dong)與齒輪箱傳動(dong)。

本司傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動主(zhu)(zhu)要有如下(xia)特點(dian):1.動力輸入(ru)主(zhu)(zhu)要有兩種形式(shi):一(yi)是齒輪(lun)箱傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)入(ru)式(shi):該形式(shi)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動效(xiao)率高、傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動比恒(heng)定、運(yun)行壽命長、工作可靠(kao)性高、安裝維護(hu)方便、適(shi)用(yong)(yong)的圓(yuan)周速度和功率范圍大(da)，且(qie)箱體齒輪(lun)全(quan)部采用(yong)(yong)鉻(ge)鋼增加使用(yong)(yong)壽命。二是鏈輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)入(ru)式(shi):鏈輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)入(ru)式(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)要體現在(zai)成本低、安裝更(geng)換容易(yi)，中心距可以(yi)做較大(da)，但鏈輪(lun)形式(shi)一(yi)般只局限大(da)輯距，小輥距不建議使用(yong)(yong)鏈輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動，窯(yao)爐(lu)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動所使用(yong)(yong)的電機為敏捷牌窯(yao)爐(lu)專用(yong)(yong)硬齒面齒輪(lun)減速機;

6、用滲碳爐對20CrMnTi 齒輪進行滲碳處理，保證齒
